    Description

    Duties:

    • Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health disorders
    • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans
    • Conduct therapy sessions and facilitate group therapy activities
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
    • Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
    • Monitor patients for any changes in behavior or symptoms
    • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

    Experience:

    Seeking individuals with a background in working in a mental health environment, regardless of the level of experience

    Proficient in medical documentation, record-keeping, and therapy techniques

    Familiarity with ICD-10 coding for precise diagnosis and billing purposes

    Experience in providing care for individuals with PTSD, including trauma-informed care approaches

    Knowledge of dance therapy as an alternative therapeutic modality

    Ability to gather and analyze data on patient outcomes and treatment efficacy

    Proficient in various psychotherapy techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)

    Familiar with principles of addiction counseling and techniques for individuals dealing with substance abuse disorders

    Understanding of strategies for managing chronic pain and counseling approaches for individuals experiencing long-term pain
