Your Responsibilities:

  • You will provide new life and career perspectives to individuals who have difficulty entering the job market.
  • You will build a trusting relationship with participants and support them in the long term through weekly individual coaching sessions, family work, and counseling sessions.
  • These conversations will take place at the gsm location or through outreach methods (such as home visits, walks, or accompanying appointments).
  • To facilitate participants' entry into the job market, you will work with gsm to establish a regional network with companies (e.g., for internships) and social institutions (e.g., debt counseling).
  • You will maintain contact with our contacts at the job center and document the progress of your participants.
