Responsibilities:


  • Provide friendly, courteous, professional customer service
  • Adhere to all procedures and customer service guidelines
  • Ability to operate required technology
  • Identify customer needs and cross sell opportunities to develop new business
  • Engage in inbound calling
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of Products and Services

Requirements:


  • High school diploma/GED or equivalency
  • One year to three years of similar or related experience.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize
  • Experience in customer service, call center, banking preferred
  • Strong written/verbal/organizational skills
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite
  • Successful completion all training programs within 12 months of hire

Pay:
$ $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
