Description
Meals America seeking Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for preparing and packing frozen meals for shipment in a warehouse setting.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare items for shipping by stamping, and packaging products
  • Ensure that all items are properly packed and labeled according to company procedures
  • Perform quality control checks to verify items are undamaged and meet quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Assist with inventory management tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Detail Oriented
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is a plus
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment such as pallet jacks
  • Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting minor issues
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing orders
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the job including lifting and moving packages
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage packaging schedules efficiently
