Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Dedicated Managers Supervisor and support guiding a team of remote (inoffice) selfstorage managers across multiple locations.
- Work collaboratively with onsite teams to enhance sales processes, objectives, and performance of their phone, web, or inperson interactions.
- Oversee the smooth operation of clients' remotely managed selfstorage facilities by OpenTech's Remote Managers.
- Train and integrate new Dedicated Managers, ensuring they understand company operations and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, identify improvement areas, and execute action plans for the RM team.
- Function as a direct contact for our Clients's Owners and their management teams to quickly abate any issues and act as a CRM to support their accounts and facilities.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, addressing and resolving escalated issues efficiently.
- Work with the INSOMNIAC Live Operations leadership teams, CSMs, BDMs, and Senior Executives to develop strategies for revenue growth and increased occupancy rates.
- Ensure each facility is wellmaintained clean, and presents a professional image.
- Conduct regular performance, financial, and procedural audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Stay abreast of selfstorage industry trends to enhance operations and customer experience.
- Promote a positive, collaborative work environment focusing on teamwork, communication, and employee development.
Requirements:
- Proven 5+ years of experience in a District Management role within the selfstorage industry.
- Indepth knowledge of selfstorage operations, including leasing, agreements, performance metrics, and maintenance coordination as needed.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills aimed at operational excellence.
- Experience in customercentered roles such as retail sales, restaurant, or sales associates.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a customeroriented approach.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment in line with business rules established by OpenTech and our Service Self Storage clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building a positive team and customer relations.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, capable of handling multiple tasks.
- Proficient in technology and software relevant to selfstorage operations.
- Willingness to travel regularly to different selfstorage facilities within the region.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
