Responsibilities:


  • Managing construction projects in either structural or turnkey construction, taking into account economic and technical objectives in coordination with project and site management
  • Personnel planning as well as material and equipment requirements
  • Reviewing and evaluating subcontractor bids and participating in the awarding process
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and invoicing subcontractor services
  • Inspecting completed work for technical execution and initiating necessary improvements
  • Identifying contractual deviations and participating in change order negotiations

Qualifications:


  • A degree in civil engineering, completed training as a construction technician, or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in site management for structural or turnkey construction
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling software (preferably MS Project or PowerProject)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Team spirit and a dedicated, independent work ethic
