Lead Center Coordinator - Chandler, United States - Arizona Painting Company
Description
The role of the lead coordinator is to answer all incoming calls to our lead center and to turn these calls into scheduled appointments with our estimators.
Duties and responsibilities
- Take inbound leads and schedule them with the appropriate estimator.
- Map out locations in order to optimize an estimator's day with minimizing driving distance between appointments.
- Follow up on prior leads that have not been set up and attempt to schedule them.
- Dial out to previous customers and inform them of current specials to attempt to setup an appointment.
- Identify and return any abandoned calls within the Lead Center department.
- Maintain accurate followup notes on 3rd party lead websites. (Angies List, Yelp, Home Advisor/Angi Leads)
- Maintain accurate follow up notes on the Service Titan Followup board.
- Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
Qualifications
- Positive Attitude.
- Good customer service.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Self Motivated.
- Good Time Management
Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
