Key Responsibilities

  • Use technology to set up, manage, and track employee computers across the company.
  • Work with different teams to help new employees join and existing ones leave smoothly.
  • Provide initial support to employees, fixing hardware issues and keeping equipment running.
  • Keep track of where company assets are and manage inventory during moves.
  • Ensure that user accounts and computers meet security standards for audits.
  • Add to the department's knowledge base by creating and updating documents.
  • Work with employees and outside companies to handle warranty issues.
  • Occasionally helps with technology projects involving different teams.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
High School Diploma or GED.
0-2 years' experience in an IT support role working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Customer Service Skills
Some experience supporting on-site and remote customers.
Ability to work independently and exercise analytical problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows, and Salesforce preferred.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled.

At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ $23.50 per hour and is overtime eligible.
