Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and a desire to make a difference? Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a
Financial Analyst
(Entry-Level or Associate) to join our Infrastructure Support Services Finance team in
Springfield, Virginia.

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the monthly financial reporting to our customer, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.


The role of Financial Analyst will:

  • Collaborate with multiple functions across the entire organization to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve current processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team
  • Serve as the site focal for all financial analysis, supporting both base and abovethebase project efforts

Position Responsibilities:


  • Monthly forecasting/budgeting for base and abovethebase project efforts
  • Conducts analysis of company subcontracted commitments
  • Serves as primary liaison to Customer for all Finance related inquiries
  • Monitors labor/material charging and conducts labor/material cost transfers, as needed
  • Meets with Program/Project Managers to document variance analysis and forecast updates
  • Prepares monthly Customer Financial deliverables
  • Briefs Internal/External Customers of program financial status
  • Provides inputs for program Estimate at Completions, Risks and Opportunities, and Long-Range Business Plans

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.**
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in a business
  • related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Accounting, Supplier Management)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 1+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI)
  • Ability to obtain a Full Scope and/or a Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph
  • Experience developing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and financial forecasts
  • Experience with SAP, Cognos and Enterprise Analysis System (EAS)

Typical Education/Experience:


Entry-Level
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).


Associate
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Entry Level (Level 1): $56,950 - $77,050

Summary pay range for Associate (Level 2): $68,850 - $93,150
