Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant / Content Creator to join our team.

This role involves managing social media accounts, designing print marketing materials for real estate branding and property marketing, and supporting various advertising campaigns.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and create content for social media platforms.
  • Design print marketing materials and digital advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies.
  • Adapt and learn new tools and technologies for marketing purposes.
  • No specialized degree required.
  • Experience with platforms like Canva preferred; willingness to undergo training.
  • Proactive attitude and enjoys working in a team environment.
  • Strong eye for detail and aesthetic design.
  • Open to learning new skills and embracing challenges.

Skills:


  • Proficiency in basic design software; additional training provided as needed.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
