Providing timely and efficient support to our customers through various communication channels
Ensuring optimal care and service for our customers by timely and complete dispatch and collection of rental sets, including order processing, tracking, and coordination of product returns or replacements
Invoicing and managing open accounts in collaboration with our accounting department
Working closely with the sales team, sales management, product management, and colleagues from the entire logistics department
Detailed recording of customer interactions, service history, and inquiries in our CRM system What do you need?
Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an industrial clerk, office manager, or a similar qualification
Several years of experience in customer service
Strong customer orientation
Knowledge of English is an advantage, but not a requirement
Experience with order processing in Navision or
