    Description
    Position Highlights:
    • Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA), Cardiology, Medical Group
    • Location: 2151 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn, IL
    • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time, 40 hours per week
    • Hours: Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Rotating weekends will be required.
    • Required Travel: Highland Park Hospital
    This role entails seeing patients in clinic, as well as in-patient setting.

    What you will need:
    • License: Advanced Practice (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
    • Education: Completion of Masters level program in specialty area
    • Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
    • Experience: Prior APP and/or cardiology experience preferred

    • Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments
    • Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
    • Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
