The Inn at Pasatiempo is seeking an experienced, hospitality oriented individual to join our team as a front desk host.


Requirements:


  • 12 years of customer service experience. Hotel Experience a plus.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communication skills.
  • Friendly, approaching, and responsible
  • Flexible availability including nights and weekends preferred

Responsibilities include:

  • Making guest reservations
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Handling guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Helping with hotel laundry as needed
  • Helping with general hotel tasks as needed including restocking linen and supply closets and common area cleaning.

Full time and part time positions available.
