What can you expect?

You will advise and support medium-sized companies and their owners on business and tax-related issues, including tax declaration advice with a focus on restructuring, corporate and real estate transactions, cross-border matters, inheritance tax issues, and investment tax law
You will create presentations and opinions on design proposals and individual tax issues, implement tax compliance management processes, and prepare special tax returns, such as inheritance tax returns
You will accompany tax audits and conduct out-of-court and judicial appeal proceedings
