Description

R-KOM is building the fiber network of the future in Keizer, OR. Every year, we connect over 5,000 units in more than 500 buildings - a challenging task.

Your responsibilities:

You will operate and maintain our voice service platforms together with experienced colleagues
You will support an established team in providing IP voice services
You will use the latest IT tools and techniques to keep our system landscape efficient
You will provide 2nd/3rd level support, mainly for other network operators
You are willing to participate in a separately compensated oncall duty

Our requirements:

You have completed an IT apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience (at least
DQR level 4)
You feel at home on Linux systems
You have already gained experience with IP networks
You ideally already have knowledge of SIP
You have a confident and friendly demeanor and experience in customer contact
You are flexible, responsible, and a team player
