Your tasks:

  • Operation of CNC-controlled machining machines
  • Creation of NC programs according to DIN ISO code and using CAD/CAM system for machining components as well as production of NC user & NC manufacturer cycles
  • Creation of operating masks and instruction of operating personnel (m/f/d) of our customers (m/f/d)
  • Handling of CNC trainings and conducting milling, material and tool tests
  • Support during machine acceptance with customers (m/f/d) and conducting machine demonstrations for our customers (m/f/d)
  • Assistance to our service department in application-specific problems and presentation of machines at trade fairs

Your profile:

  • Completed further education as a technician (m/f/d) in mechanical engineering, master (m/f/d), computer scientist (m/f/d) or wood technician (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of CNC programming with SIEMENS Sinumerik 840 D / Heidenhain / Beckhoff controls and experience with CAD/CAM systems, preferably Siemens NX or Solid Cam
  • Professional experience in mechanical engineering
  • Solid PC skills in using MS Office as well as good English skills in spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility, teamwork, responsibility, resilience and goal-oriented work
