PERSONAL REFERENT (M/F/D) / HR GENERALIST (M/F/D)

We, SEDA GERMANY GmbH, are part of one of the most significant European corporate groups in the packaging industry.

With over 250 qualified and motivated employees, we produce paper-based cups and folding boxes for food at our location in Neuhaus / Pegnitz.

As a supplier of sustainable solutions for well-known brands, we have made a name for ourselves through excellent quality. Our generalist HR department is in need of reinforcement. We are also happy to support experienced HR specialists (m/f/d) in familiarizing themselves with the role.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Advising managers and executives in the designated support area
  • Recruiting, including all pre- and post-recruitment activities
  • Time tracking management
  • Preparation of payroll processing
