Our rapidly growing business is looking for Service Advisors to join our team. We are looking for experts in the complex art that is customer service with excellent people skills.MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers upon arrival
- Listening to customers concerns regarding the kind of repair needed
- Provide adequate repair or maintenance estimates to customers
- Communicate with technicians regarding their work orders
- Sell additional services using a tactful manner
- Inspect that all repairs are satisfactorily complete before calling customers
- Communicate with customers while repair work is being done and discuss all the costs associated with the job
- Communicate any and all problems to the Service Manager
- CSI scores must be adequately maintained in accordance to the dealership's standard
Pay:
$60, $125,000.00 per year
