What do we expect from you?

  • You will provide technical and conceptual support in the selection of a marketing automation tool
  • You will ensure the smooth operation of our business application software solutions, such as SAP S4/HANA and Salesforce CRM
  • You will assist in project management, including organization, communication, and conceptualization
  • You will participate in the creation of IT requirements and solution concepts and support the departments in process analysis tasks and projects

What should you bring?

  • You have completed a degree in business administration, business informatics, business mathematics, industrial engineering, or a similar technical field
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • You work in a structured manner, possess excellent organizational skills, and have first experience with a common process specification language, such as BPMN or EPK
  • You have gained initial experience in project management and programming
  • You have good German and English skills and are characterized by teamwork, openness, and a self-reliant, committed, and reliable work style
