    We're looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. This is a good stepping stone opportunity to become a listing agent: leads, listings, leverage.     Compensation:

    $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions

    Responsibilities:
    • Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met
    • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
    • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
    • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers
    • Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
    • Lead generation

    • Lead follow up
    • Set and execute appointments
    • Scripts mastery
    • Grow into full listing or buyer's agent
    Qualifications:
    • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
    • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills
    • Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by car
    • A real estate license is required
