For our client, a rehabilitation clinic in southern Germany, we are looking for a chief physician (m/f/d) for orthopedics.

The rehabilitative facility is modernly equipped and is designed to treat and therapy approximately 300 people. Various specialist areas are offered.

The rehabilitation clinic is located near Lake Constance, which borders Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. From here, you have great connections, which allows for excellent and diverse leisure activities.

Your tasks - challenging and diverse

  • Caring for and treating patients
  • Management and further development of the department
  • Organization of the department and leadership of a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Cooperation with payers and referrers

Your profile - professional and personal

  • Specialist (m/f/d) in orthopedics and trauma surgery
  • Rehabilitation experience is desirable
  • Additional qualification in social medicine or willingness to acquire it
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, excellent communication skills, and commitment
  • Leadership experience
