Your new area of responsibility:

  • Installation, administration, and configuration of server, network, and client systems on-site or remotely for our customers.
  • Responsibility for rollouts and implementation of migration and other services according to IMAC (Install, Move, Add, and Change).
  • Independent execution of various hardware repairs.
  • Ensuring system availability and monitoring.
  • Proactively identifying weaknesses and potential sources of errors.
  • Analysis and resolution of malfunctions.
  • Ticket processing and documentation.
