Job summary
This position serves a dual role with human resources (HR) and office management responsibilities. The HR function is responsible for the execution of HR policies for the entire firm.The office management function is responsible for smooth office operations.
This job requires daily presence in Providence Office and occasional presence in Boston and New Bedford required,
Manage Assistant Office Manager, Office Services Coordinator, Records Coordinator, 2 paralegals and indirectly manage legal assistants,
Serve as liaison to building management monitor building maintenance three locations,
Lead all office space planning facilities initiatives including office moves remodels,
Update HR policies draft termination letters manage performance reviews conduct exit interviews draft job postings,
Set performance standards conduct evaluations provide constructive feedback direct reports legal assistants,
