Seasonal Maintenance Laborer - Batavia, United States - BEI Commercial Real Estate

Description

Local property management company looking for a seasonal employee to assist with light to medium janitorial and landscaping, light painting, and other seasonal maintenance needs through the end of Summer 2024.

Basic Qualifications:


Minimum:
a)Active Driver's License with good driving record and ability to drive full size vehicles
b) Familiarity with smart phones/apps for use in work order documentation
c) Ability to work independently while staying on a schedule

Preferred:
a) Organizational Skills
b) Ability to use ladders, power washers, other small-medium sized power tools


Language ability:
Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with stakeholders. Ability to speak fluent English is a required, ability to speak Spanish is not required but beneficial.


Technology ability:
Ability to utilize mobile devices to complete various communication, time entry, and work order reporting tasks


Physical Demands:
Ability to regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, talk, or hear. Ability to occasionally climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. Ability to occasionally lift and/or move 50 or more pounds.


Working Conditions:
Same day travel will be a frequent necessity for the role. Company provided vehicle may be provided during working hours. Standard work hours are 7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m.
