    Job Description

    Village Caregiving - Clarksburg is seeking a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join their team in Monongah, West Virginia. This full-time hourly position requires no prior experience and focuses on assisting with daily living activities in a non-medical capacity. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of clients and contributing to the team's success.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide personal care and support to senior residents, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
    - Assist with daily living tasks as necessary
    - Monitor and document vital signs and changes in health status
    - Aid with meal preparation and feeding, following dietary requirements
    - Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents' comfort and security
    - Effectively communicate with team members, residents, and families to deliver exceptional care
    - Offer emotional assistance and companionship to residents
    - Adhere to facility policies, state, and federal regulations

    Qualifications:
    - Must be caring, compassionate, reliable, and pass a background check
