Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, and cleaning, building systems and equipment.
- Perform general, routine office and warehouse custodial duties: dusting, cleaning floors, collecting /taking out trash, sanitizing restrooms, and restocking supplies.
- Assist in minor maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs, adjusting furniture, or other similar activities.
- Perform additional custodial duties, including the cleaning of equipment, vehicles, and various task around the building.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Performs miscellaneous jobrelated duties as assigned. Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing space and procedures.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Help with sign assembly as needed.
- The position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am 12:00 pm.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record to run local errands in company fleet pickup truck.
- Proven warehouse custodian/worker experience.
- Must have the ability to read, write, and speak English. The ability to read and follow directions and instructions.
- Ability to operate pallet jack, warehouse equipment, and power tools.
- Operate forklift we will train and certify as needed.
- Ability to lift or move 50lbs.
