- You will beservicing Imaging Equipment in the Midland, MI area. Customer Service EngineerLevel can be adjusted based on prior experience.
- You are in afield-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintainsand modifies Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites.
- You are the "Faceof Siemens" to the customer.
- You supportthe MI-SPECT/PET modality initially, with potential to cross train into othermodalities in the future.
- You areflexible and willing to work different shifts and On-Call rotations as businessneeds dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required.Advanced notice will be provided for anyshift changes.
- You report tothe Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions.
- You haveknowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance, andmodifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimalsupervision.
- You haveprevious experience with the desired Medical Imaging Equipment: MI-SPECT/PET
- You have theability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationshipswith customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative dutiestimely and accurately.
- You have astrong background working with electronics and are proficient in the use ofservice tools and service test equipment.
- You haveproficient PC skills (MS Windows & Microsoft Office 365 -Outlook, Excel,SharePoint, etc.)
- MinimumTechnical Degree or equivalent experience
- Strongelectronics background and computer skills required.
- 5-8 years offield service experience is desired.
- Ability towork both individually and in an established team setting.
- You havestrong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability totravel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate inan on-call rotation after training and certification.
- Validdriver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and gooddriving record required.
- PhysicalRequirements: Lifting 50lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking,ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work,standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and abilityto work alone.
