    CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer

    A four year degree (in lieu of a degree candidates would need to have ten plus years of experience in a machine shop) as well as five or more years of manufacturing engineering experience is required
    Pay is up to $90,000
    Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder
    No remote as this is a 100% onsite position
    Full-time
    Permanent W-2 employee
    Full benefits
    Located in the Waukesha, Wisconsin area

    This established yet growing, employee-owned CNC machine shop is looking to hire a full time, permanent Manufacturing Process Engineer. Because the company is employee-owned, employees are treated very well. Employees receive shares of the company every year. The culture has a casual, family feel. Engineers here use SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design.

    This position could grow into a management position.

    The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

    Managing projects to be on time and within budget
    Improving productivity, efficiency, quality and safety while reducing waste

    The background of the successful candidate must include the following to be considered for this position:
    A four year manufacturing engineering or mechanical engineering degree (in lieu of a degree candidates would need to have ten or more years of experience in a machine shop)
    Five or more years of manufacturing engineering experience
    Possess a solid work history
    Being a US citizen or green card holder
    Having a residence within a 45 minute drive
