    As an esteemed wealth manager, BNY Mellon Wealth Management specializes in assisting affluent individuals and their families in building, overseeing, and preserving their wealth over generations and market fluctuations. Through a unique service framework focused on five Active Wealth practices - Investing, Borrowing, Spending, Managing Taxes, Protecting Legacies - clients in the U.S. and abroad achieve superior after-tax performance, safeguarding their wealth throughout generations.

    We are in search of a prospective team member to fill the Trust Real Estate Associate, Client Processing I role within our Wealth Management division, situated in Pittsburgh for on-site work five days a week.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist Wealth Management clients in managing and administering real estate and loans within a trust account.
    • Execute necessary actions to handle incoming receipts linked to Wealth Management real estate and loan assets, and process relevant disbursements.
    • Support ad hoc system adjustments requested by the Trust Real Estate team.
    • Generate, distribute, and gather recurring reports.
    • Ensure adherence to accounting principles, policies, and procedures to offer operational support for Trust Customers.

    To Excel in this Role, We Look for:
    • Prior experience in accounts payables and receivables.
    • Basic understanding of real estate documentation or law.
    • Familiarity with Loan Servicing.
    • A solid grasp of accounting principles.
    • Proven track record of efficiently completing assigned tasks with high quality.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to cultivate strong relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders.
    • Proactive anticipation of next steps and potential challenges to prevent processing delays.
