Your Responsibilities

  • You ensure that the network and security components of our customers run stable and secure, advise on hardware and software issues, create network concepts and install/support them.
  • You participate in challenging and interesting on-premises, hybrid, and cloud projects.
  • You also create presales presentations and present customer-specific system solutions to decision-makers.
  • You troubleshoot issues using remote and diagnostic tools and support network and security components.
  • You take on independent sub-project management during implementations.

Your Profile

  • You have completed an IT apprenticeship or a degree in IT or a comparable field.
  • Knowledge in securing IT infrastructures.
  • Specialist/expert knowledge in IT security topics and products:
    Firewall: Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, WatchGuard
    Fortinet: FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer, FortiWeb, FortiMail, FortiAP, FortiSwitch
    Aruba: LAN switches, WiFi, ClearPass, AirWave, Aruba Central o Cisco: LAN switches, WiFi, ISE
  • You have practical experience in the IT security environment, consulting, and technical support for customers.
  • Independent, responsible work style and willingness to travel complete your profile.
  • Certifications in the field of IT security are advantageous
