    MOBILE PHLEBOTOMIST/MEDICAL ASSISTANT - PER DIEM INDEPENDENT SUBCONTRACTOR
    HAWLEY, LAKE WALLENPAUPACK AREA & BUSHKILL AREA IN PENNSYLVANIA

    JOB DETAILS:
    • The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for obtaining vitals, drawing blood, collecting urine, EKG, and medical history
    • Must be willing to travel to client's location for appointments (20-mile radius)
    • Paid per appointment/service, this isn't an hourly or salary-paid position
    • You are paid twice a month, and no taxes are taken out
    • Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the appointment

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples mentioned above as required
    • Accurately labeling specimens, centrifuging specimens, documentation of health histories
    • Maintaining accurate client records, which includes detailing any medical issues experienced by clients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of the test results

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Must Pass a Urine Drug Screen & Background Check
    • Proven Experienced Phlebotomist
    • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
    • Excellent customer service & communication skills
    • Knowledge of HIPPA/PHI law
    • Detailed-oriented/sound organization skills
    • Professional, responsible, and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and penmanship
    • Reliable transportation
    • Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner to print & scan uploaded completed documents.
    • Must supply own BP cuffs ( reg. & large). Stethoscope, scale that goes to 360 lbs., clipboard, metal tape measure, and centrifuge if possible
