Duties:

Provide direct patient care and support to individuals of all ages in various healthcare settings
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs, pain levels, and overall wellbeing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
Document patient information, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Proven experience in pain management, medical terminology, primary care, catheter care, diagnostic evaluation, acute care, medication administration, infection control, infant care, and inhalation therapy
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Must be Bilingual ( Spanish Speaking)
