Responsibilities Overview
- Assist with the communication between the customer services team and our US vendor.
- Responsible for ensuring the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. Ensure the comminication between our service providers and airlines is completed in a timely manner.
- Realtime monitoring and tracking of shipment's customs clearance information and status, investigate, resolve and communicate operational or entry issues.
- Coordinate and followup with our warehouse and 3rd party warehouses for the customer's needs
Such as:
order fulfillment, forwarding, dropship, transshipment, and demolition etc.
- Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportaion.
- Coordinate with our customer service team to follow up with our last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages and refund requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from fouryear college or university and 12 years related experience and/or training
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
Schedule: 5 days a week with weekend availability
Work Hours: 1 PM - 9 PM
Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
