Responsibilities

Responsible for opening and closing of the store when the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Manager is not present and operating the store in the same manner as they would.
Coach and develop employees.
Work towards achieving assigned individual sales goals and targets.
Engage customers and welcome them to the T-Mobile family. Make it Personal
Develop customer relationships and maintain contact with customers between store visits.
Encourage customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise
Maximize customer experience per customer visit by "solving the whole problem
Maintain the visual appeal of your store and make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers.

Experience

Proven work experience as a Key Holder, or similar role
Thrive in a fastpaced and competitive environment
Basic math skills
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
Flexibility to work various shifts
Ability to stand for long periods of time
High school degree
