We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer (m/f/d) for a subsidiary of the Ostallgäu-Kaufbeuren Clinics at the Brookville location.

Your responsibilities As an all-rounder in human resources, you will act as a competent contact person in various personnel-related areas.

Contract management Support of all personnel processes from employee entry to exit Assistance with monthly and annual closing tasks Consultation and support of all employees in operational personnel management issues Payroll processing Independent preparation and execution of payroll accounting in accordance with applicable tax and social security regulations using the LogaHR payroll program from P&I Preparation of employment contracts, contract changes, references, warnings, etc.
