For direct placement with our client, we are looking for a team leader (m/f/d) to lead and develop a team of process engineers in the field of project engineering at Post Falls.

Occasional business trips are necessary for this position.

YOUR TASKS

  • Team leadership and development
  • Technical support for the team
  • Process responsibility, quality assurance and efficiency improvement
  • Effectively plan, organize and monitor engineering phases of complex projects

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of process engineering principles, engineering tools and methods
  • Fluent in both German and English
