Full-Time:
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm
NO WEEKENDS
Pay based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls/greet customer's as they enter the dealership
- Schedule service appointments/Follow up appointments
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or noshow
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Attention to detail
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
