About the Job


We currently have an exciting opportunity for an highly motivated energetic and results oriented Associate Search Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.

This individual will be a key player in managing all paid search campaigns, including Google and Microsoft shopping.

This position will play a huge role in implementing and optimizing our paid search strategy with the ultimate goal of driving omni-channel growth for the business.


What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Build and manage paid search (SEM & PLA) campaigns to drive omni traffic and omni revenue while optimizing to omni ROAS goals
  • Responsible for daytoday execution and optimizations of paid search campaigns, including bidding, targeting, ad copy writing, positive/negative keyword expansion, A/B testing, and more
  • Manage and track campaign budgets based on performance and efficiency
  • Support gotomarket strategies and work crossfunctionally with other teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and create an excellent customer experience
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to measure the impact of different ad copy, campaign structure, and landing pages on various KPIs
  • Work crossfunctionally with the Analytics Team to conduct matchedmarket tests to validate the incremental benefit of largescale changes like budget increases
  • Track, report, and analyze performance results on a daily basis to scale successful campaigns and capitalize on learnings
  • Perform ongoing research for search marketing insights and trends, landing page opportunities, competitive analysis, audience development, and more
  • Present weekly and monthly updates on campaign performance and key initiatives to management and peers
  • Perform and support other various paid search responsibilities as needed
  • Actively participate with vendor/platform relationships

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or other analytical field
  • 2+ years of handson experience in managing paid marketing campaigns on Google and Microsoft
  • Strong understanding of website analytics, ad tracking, and A/B testing
  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar)
  • Up to date on both latest industry trends and best practices in paid search marketing
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience generating reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint experience (pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a deadlinedriven atmosphere
  • Possesses an aptitude for learning new skills and is eager to take on new challenges

Preferred Skills:


  • Experience with Google Shopping Campaigns and/or PMAX Campaigns
  • Experience managing multimilliondollar marketing campaigns, preferably in an Omnichannel environment with ROASbased campaign objectives
  • Google Ads & Microsoft Ads certified
  • Experience with bid management & feed management platforms (Search Ads 360, ChannelAdvisor, etc.)
  • Understanding of mixedmedia modeling (MMM) and multitouch attribution (MTA)
  • Experience managing other digital marketing channels

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work environment from our Dublin California office.
