Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual interviews and determine selection criteria
- Provide job descriptions and interview questions that align with each position's requirements
- Oversee inperson recruitment events and coordinate logistics
- Maintain a positive relationship with the hiring manager
- Assist with new hire onboarding process and training
Requirements:
- Previous experience in ABA Therapy is preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
- Proven work experience in Talent Acquisition or a related role
- Experience recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- An indepth understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment
- Willingness to step in and be proactive
