- Project Management:
- Oversee and manage all construction project phases meticulously.
- Create and uphold project schedules to meet milestones.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
- Track project progress, budget, and ensure quality control.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Estimating:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for various project aspects including excavation, grading, roadway paving, site concrete, and underground utilities.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Utilize HCSS software efficiently for cost estimates.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids critically.
- Present estimates and reports effectively to management and clients.
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and estimating in heavy civil construction.
- Proficiency in using HCSS software is an advantage.
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Superb communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and thrive under tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
