Description

We are seeking an experienced Food Service Manager to join the team This exciting opportunity will consist of monitoring the daily operations of the food department with at least three years experience.

Delegating task to staff, creative to m Menus and Signature Deli Foods.

Supervising the food orders and services, maintaining adequate stock inventory, finding ways to minimize production costs without compromising quality service.

Maintaining department sanitation, providing a clean, friendly, and fresh atmosphere and safety for employees. Employee scheduling and time off request, vendor management, stocking, baking, cooking, ordering products and supplies. Food preparation, overseeing the ins and outs of the department. Proficient with POS system, handling cashiering duties.

Ensure excellent customer service interaction. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, basic computer skills are required. TWIC card is helpful.
