IT Support Employee (m/f/d)

For over 20 years, twoeyes software has been developing ERP software for companies.

Our browser-based software, twyz.enterprise, helps companies streamline their processes and optimize resources. It includes areas such as inventory management, CRM, project management with production, time tracking, and event management.

In addition, we develop custom software for specific customer requirements and mobile applications for our ERP.

We are looking for you to join our 1st-level support team and provide our customers with optimal software usage.

Your main responsibilities:

Receiving and processing incoming tickets through our customer portal.
Handling phone support inquiries.
If necessary, creating and assigning tickets to 2nd-level support and application developers, or directly handling the tickets.
Monitoring tickets.
Updating our FAQs and documentation based on common support inquiries.

Your profile:

You have a degree or training in business or IT, and/or relevant work experience in these areas.
You have a good understanding of IT fundamentals, preferably in the field of ERP software.
You are comfortable working with computers and servers.
You have a reliable work ethic.
You have a friendly demeanor and
