Description

SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating a fleet lease account such as Honda, Nissan, Ally etc.

and all day-to-day operations of the account such as customer service, administrative duties, accounting functions, sale day functions and coordinating yard operations related to the account.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned including assisting with other Auction functions and driving vehicles as needed.

1) Review account reporting for accuracy and ensures cars are ok to sell and recalls are completed

2) Oversees vehicle buybacks by entering cars back into inventory and processes worksheets and invoices to obtain reimbursement from accounts.

3) Reviews report of all vehicles sold; enters VIN in the system to process vehicle releases and invoice units.

4) Processes lease billing problems/adjustments for work performed, billing errors, etc.

5) Build vehicle and auction lane list in system; groups cars for auction and gives to yard so cars can be retrieved and work orders opened.

6) Performs sale closeout functions for designated account; runs expense reports; reconciles GL to IT reports for Accounting, close out is a must on sale day.

7) Enters completed vehicle work orders from body shop into system to ensure charges are deducted from the sale price and notes all repairs over $600.

8) Resolves and handles dealer problems and issues associated with auction sales, including ordering duplicate titles.

9) Handles the all sale days functions and processes all post sale closeout functions when applies. This includes checks and balancing while auction is going on.

10) Runs Vehicle Condition Reports for vehicles using designated vehicle inspection website.

11) Track and turn titles for vehicles as necessary.

12) Communicate with accounts regarding any issue with vehicles prior to and post auction day.

13) Prepare all titles by checking validity and entering title information into sales systems. Assign stock numbers and file titles so prepped for auction day use.

14) Communicate with customers via telephone and in person to assist in scheduling redemption of vehicles which are at/enroute to auction for various financial institutions.

Requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers to navigate what can sometimes be a stressful situation for them.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.


REASONING ABILITY

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES


Excellent management, customer service, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills for dealing with Reps, dealers, other auctions, vendors and co-workers; strong organization and problem-solving skills; the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines; solid knowledge of basic accounting principles.


Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
