You will go through alternating theory and practical phases in your 3-year dual study program and will be qualified for a management position at PENNY.
You will acquire solid business knowledge at a vocational academy or university selected by us, whose tuition fees we will cover for you.
You will gain knowledge about market leadership, merchandise planning, sales activities, auditing activities, and logistics processes.
You will work in various PENNY stores and in sales field service and gain valuable insights into daily operations.
