We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible of building relationships with referral sources and the community. If you have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the healthcare marketplace, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences and customer preferences
Develop and implement marketing strategy
Build relationships with multiple referral sources
Meet weekly/monthly marketing quotas
Contribute to the development and expansion of the business
Collaborate with the executive team to develop effective sales strategies
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments in healthcare marketing
Develops and maintains information on available community resources, and assists customers and staff in accessing services or information.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home health care
Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal, written communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Must be bilingual (Spanish)
