Our office is looking to hire highly experienced medical office receptionist who is knowledgeable in all aspects of medical records, billing, and reports and who will also be able to assist with administrative responsibilities.

Someone who is friendly, well groomed, compassionate, professional and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, self started, who is organized, and a team player

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

• We are looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Checking patients in and out
• Answering multi line telephone
• Accurate Data entry.
• Preparing patients medical records
• Taking down messages accurately.
• Sending and receiving a fax.
• Schedule appointments, and confirming appointments.
• Helping patients fill out forms accurately, and completely.
• Keeping the front office organized and neat. (Maintain a clean waiting room)
• Has previous medical office experience
• Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Create and maintain reports as requested efficiently and accurately
• Ensure the right information is identified at the right time and at the appropriate level for reporting purposes
• Knowledge of administrative processes and medical billing
• Pays attention to details
• Organized
• Training will be provided.

Pay:
From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Every weekend
