Our client, a global renowned IT company (An American multinational company, specializing in information technology services and consulting worldwide; A Fortune Global 500 company), End Client: One of the Big 5 Banks in Canada is looking for multiple Business Analyst (BA) with below skillsets:

Full Details:

Position Title: Business Analyst (BA)
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 12 Months (with possibilities of extension)

Location: GTA / Downtown, Toronto (3 Days per week mandatory Onsite work / Hybrid role)

Start Date:ASAP / End of May 2024

Pay Rate:

60$ - 67$ INCORPORATED / hourly. + HST

OR

50$ - 55$ T4 / hourly

Job Description:

We are looking for multiple Business Analyst (BA) with below skillsets:

Relevant years of progressive business analysis experience, with a very strong usage of broad range of business analysis techniques in a variety of projects in Canadian Banking and Finance domain (Must Have)
Strong BA with good experience leading and executing projects as a BA. They should be able to lead a process work stream from a BA perspective
Very strong with communication and working independently with other business stakeholders
Nice to have Lean Six Sigma certification
Nice to have folks who have engaged and worked with supporting operations and understand the risk associated to operations support.
Also familiar with Business Process automation tools
Experienced in supporting medium to large sized projects related to banking and finance domain. (Mandatory)
Demonstrates solid business knowledge of the Finance/Banking domain. (Mandatory)
Advanced Level knowledge of the business analysis, project management, SDLC, NA banking products and services and able to support the role of the senior business analyst throughout the project delivery life cycle. (Mandatory)
Ability to deliver necessary artifacts (User Stories, Process flow Maps, Use Case Specification, Business and Technical Requirements, Business Rules, and Mock-Ups) through the Initiation and Delivery Phase(s) of requirements delivery in mid-level to high-level complexity projects. (Mandatory)
Ability to work on Agile or waterfall / Hybrid Framework projects and work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to analyze, capture, and deliver requirements, independently with least supervision.
Supports and may contribute to communication and change management activities.
Ability to perform and complete work with minimal guidance and supervision.
Possesses solid business understanding and knowledge of the use of technology and applications in business and data migration.
Understands and is familiar with the application of techniques associated with data modeling, process modeling and user-cantered design within the context of the organizational standards.
Develop and recommend client focused solutions to routine and non-routine operational problems, incident mitigation and improvements that promote more straight through processing.

Skills:

Possesses advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
Displays solid requirement gathering and facilitation skills.
Advanced understanding and use of tools associated with the role (e.g. Visio, Jira, Confluence)
Strong communication skills with varying stakeholders in different situations (e.g., one-on-one interviews, formal requirements gathering sessions, etc.)
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills and excel at developing relationships with internal and external business partners.
