Job Description:
The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions.
In addition to the foundational skills outlined below, we are seeking a candidate who can bring a strategic mindset to the table, with a focus on driving business growth through effective analysis and solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize your marketing background to provide valuable insights into market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscape, contributing to the development of strategic business plans.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.Lead the identification and documentation of website requirements, leveraging your experience in website testing to ensure optimal user experience and functionality.
Conduct thorough analysis of data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, driving consensus and fostering collaboration across teams. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.Required Skills and Qualifications:
A solid background in business analysis, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, utilizing tools such as user stories, use cases, and process flows. Experience in website requirements gathering and testing, with a focus on ensuring usability and functionality. A marketing background, with a deep understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
