Seeking Simulator Attraction Associate for Pulseworks at USS Intrepid Museum, NY
Compensation range

Job Summary:
Responsibilities include:
- Providing superior customer service to all patrons
- Encouraging ridership through friendly upselling and promotions
- Opening and preparing the attraction at the beginning of the day
- Completing daily operations and maintenance checklists
- Cleaning and sanitizing all customer touch points such as seats, headsets, handrails, etc. between each ride cycle.
- Verbally explaining the simulator experience to all potential customers
- Handling cash and credit card sales using a pointofsale register system and issuing receipts to guests
- Fully explaining all safety rules and procedures to patrons at start of their experience
- Operate and troubleshoot the attraction as per established procedures.
- Be able to follow all emergency stop and exit procedures.
- Escort patrons safely on and off of the simulator attraction.
- Interacting with museum staff to offer seamless service and topquality experiences

From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No more than 34 per week.
