We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a
Fleet Support Logistics Analyst to work out of
Arlington, VA.



Essential Duties:


  • Serve as a member of the N4L Resource Sponsor team and manage the flow of appropriate programmatic and funding information and provide solutions to efficiently utilize resources.
  • Collect, maintain, and analyze metrics related to port visit costs, task order generation/awards, payment timelines, port visit workloads, and other audit Inspector General audit remediation data.
  • Coordinate logistics for monthly HSP working group governance meetings, as well as lead briefings for senior level HSP governance boards.
  • Perform analysis to justify requested resources. Collect, analyze, and report on unit assignment of FADs.
  • Process FAD requests from lower echelon commands and provide support to N4L's membership of the Joint Materiel and Priority Allocation Board.
  • Participate in OCS working groups and coordinate remediation actions to programmatic issues as identified by the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD).
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling of MWR/NEX BOD Audit Committee meetings, as well as coordinate inputs to briefing materials with lower echelon commands.
  • Draft strategic and tactical planning documents.
  • Develop briefing materials and presentations.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:


  • Ability to coordinate and track numerous efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate data into meaningful presentations and decision briefs for senior leadership.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to work independently, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations and deadlines.
  • Direct client support experience (onsite support a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of Navy organizational structure.
  • Prior experience gathering and analyzing metrics.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and articulating highlevel business capabilities and requirements

Education/ Certification:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 months to 1 year relevant work experience.
